Sam and Renee have earned the following career distinctions including RE/MAX International's highest recognition for sales volume, the prestigious CHAIRMAN AWARD and for 3 consecutive years Sam has been presented with Seattle Magazines "BEST IN CLIENT SATISFACTION AWARD".
As a negotiator Sam averages an incredible 4.3% credit... or price reduction... from the sellers asking price!
In addition, Sam and his wife own a Loss-Mitigation company and are experts in negotiating with lean holders. This means that if their client is interested in buying a foreclosure or pre-foreclosure... they know how to work with the banks towards a successful close.
Sam and Renee hosted and produced a television show called, “Sam and Renee’s Home Lifestyles”, dispensing valuable advice about buying, selling and maintaining homes. The show aired for over 4 years. As a result, Sam started being asked to teach the principles seen on their TV show in live classes.
They established a non-profit organization called The Washington Housing Education Network, a group of seasoned industry professionals who shared the DiBellos philosophy of "free education" to the general public. The all volunteer standard is what still drives Washington Housing Education today.
In 2008 Sam and Renee were asked to participate in the creation of a real estate office in Kirkland. They are co-owners of the Kirkland Keller Williams Realty Market Center and they serve King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. While many offices around them were closing, they grew to over 60 agents.
