Tammy is not your average everyday realtor. She has an M.S. degree in Engineering from UCLA. She has worked many years in the high tech industry, but has always loved real estate and loves working with people. Tammy has been involved in real estate for over 10 years as an investor and property manager of residential properties. As a full-time realtor, she is eager to provide guidance to her clients so that they can make the best informed decisions. Her clients also find her analytical and strong negotiating skills invaluable. Tammy’s philosophy is “You say what you do and do what you say”. Her ultimate goal is to have her clients as “clients for life” by providing them the best professional service with honesty and integrity.
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering in the community, cooking, traveling, roller blading, ice skating, and playing tennis.
